The Founder of Enugu Ezike Diaspora
Season greetings to all the indigenous people of Enugu Ezike both home and Abroad. Firstly, I would like to use this medium to acknowledge my family for their immeasurable support especially my humble wife for her support and encouragement since the birth of Enugu Ezike in Diaspora.
Secondly, my profound gratitude goes to all the temporal Executive members of Enugu Ezike in Diaspora for their supreme sacrifices towards this great vision. Also my special gratitude goes to all the members of Enugu Ezike in Diaspora for their wonderful support and free will donations to make this charitable event a success.
Furthermore, a big thanks to all of you that are here today to support our charity event. May the Almighty God who sees in the secret reward each and everyone of us accordingly. One thing is certain, Enugu Ezike is our home irrespective of where we reside today. Meanwhile, we are all proud of Enugu Ezike and we have a special love for our community. It was based on the above fact that, Enugu Ezike in Diaspora was formed to bring all the indigenous people of Enugu Ezike in Diaspora together in one platform in order to promote welfare, prosperity and development of our youth community and to promote oneness in our community. Enugu Ezike in Diaspora is a charitable Organisation which operates through free will donations. I believe that everyone does charity work individually in different ways however, it's imperative for us to come together and do the charity work for the whole of our community Enugu Ezike. As one of my favourite adage, that says and I quote " if you want to go fast go alone but if you want to go far, go in groups" If the people of Enugu Ezike residing in different countries of the world can come together for a common goal, I believe that all the indigenous people of Enugu Ezike both home and Abroad can as well come together for a common goal which remains the welfare, prosperity and development of our youth and community Enugu Ezike, irrespective of our differences. Everyone has something to give, to impact life and to improve our youth and community. Therefore, I would encourage everyone of us here to come together for the purpose of the welfare, prosperity and development of our youth and community Enugu Ezike.
Finally, let us decide today on the type of Enugu Ezike we would like to see in the next five, ten, twenty and thirty years to come. United we will stand but divided we will fall. Our children are looking up to us all and I believe that we will not disappoint them because of our little differences.
Once again thank you all for believing in this great vision and I believe that the Almighty God and the land of Enugu Ezike will reward each and everyone of us accordingly. In conclusion, I would encourage all the indigenous people of Enugu Ezike to:
-Do the good you can to Enugu Ezike
-By all the means you can to Enugu Ezike
-In all the ways you can to Enugu Ezike
-In all the places you can to Enugu Ezike
-At all the times you can to Enugu
-To all the people of Enugu Ezike
-As long as you can to Enugu Ezike.
One question that my daughter kept asking me is " why can't Enugu Ezike be like London? " my answer to her question has always been it requires a collective decision the indigenous people of Enugu Ezike. Hence, It's a gradual process and one day Enugu Ezike will become like London or even better. Thank you all and remain blessed.
